Cairn Communities is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-established mobile home community. This role is responsible for maintaining the overall condition, safety, and appearance of the community while providing excellent service to our residents.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs on homes and community facilities</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues</li><li>Water/Sewer repairs such as changing water meters, water leaks, etc..</li><li>Inspect, lubricate, and repair pumps, motors valves and gearboxes</li><li>Clean wet wells and remove debris</li><li>Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce future repairs</li><li>Maintain pool, common areas, and amenities</li><li>Prepare homes for move-in/move-out, including minor renovations</li><li>Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous maintenance experience (mobile home or residential preferred)</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trades (water/wastewater preferred)</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to lift (50 - 100 pounds), bend, and perform physical labor as needed</li><li>On-call 24/7 for emergencies</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Stable, year-round work</li><li>Supportive management team</li><li>Paid time off, 401K options, Holiday pay, Health Insurance options, and more</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re looking to join a stable, growing company that values hard work, teamwork, and takes pride in its communities, we encourage you to apply and become part of our team.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li><li>HVAC Certification (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
