 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 To lead and drive sales growth for Riz Technology&rsquo;s IT infrastructure, networking, server, storage, and data center solutions by developing strategic sales plans, managing sales teams, and building strong client relationships.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead sales operations to achieve revenue targets for IT infrastructure and data center solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement sales strategies specific to networking, servers, and storage, virtualization, and data center services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain relationships with enterprise and government clients for data center projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review KPIs, forecasts, and sales performance reports.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Education &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, MBA / MS Marketing preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 5&ndash;7 years of sales experience, preferably in IT infrastructure, data center, or technology sector.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 IT &amp; Systems Exposure:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of data center solutions, IT services, cloud, and software platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to interpret technical proposals, SLAs, and infrastructure service models.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Technical Skills &amp; Knowledge:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Networking:
 
 LAN/WAN, Switching, Routing, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, Wireless
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Servers &amp; Storage:
 
 Rack &amp; Tower Servers, SAN, NAS, DAS, RAID, HCI
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Virtualization &amp; Backup:
 
 VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, Veeam, Commvault
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Data Center:
 
 Racks, UPS, Cooling, Power Management, Redundancy
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Operating Systems:
 
 Windows Server, Linux (basic)
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Vendors Links:
 
 Cisco, Huawei, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Aruba, Fortinet, NetApp, Synology etc.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred Certifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Salesforce Sales Management Certification
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP or ITIL Foundation
 </li>
 <li>
 Data Center Sales or Solution Certifications (e.g., Cisco, VMware, HPE)
