<ul><li><b>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting</b>: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple channels (social media, email, website, and CRM) to measure campaign performance and identify actionable insights for continuous improvement.</li>
<li><b>HubSpot Page Development</b>: Build and maintain landing pages and website modules using HubSpot CMS. Leverage fundamental HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge to customize layouts, update content, and ensure a cohesive, on-brand user experience.</li>
<li><b>AI Engine Optimization (AEO)</b>: Implement AEO strategies&mdash;including prompt engineering and structured content techniques&mdash;to increase visibility in AI-driven search and discovery platforms.</li>
<li><b>CRM Data Health &amp; Management</b>: Oversee CRM data integrity by auditing, cleansing, and standardizing information to enhance segmentation, lead quality, and overall data reliability.</li>
<li><b>Campaign Management</b>: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</li>
<li><b>Customer Journey Analytics</b>: Evaluate CRM and behavioral data to uncover trends, refine audience segmentation, and improve engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.</li>
<li><b>Content Performance Monitoring</b>: Track, evaluate, and report on content effectiveness across digital platforms (blogs, social, email) and recommend improvements based on performance metrics.</li>
<li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</b> Partner with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.</li>
<li><b>Compliance &amp; Accountability</b>: Uphold company policies and perform additional marketing and data-related duties as needed.</li>

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.</li>
<li>1-3 years&rsquo; experience in a marketing role, including internships, focusing on data analysis.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) and tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRM.</li>
<li>Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, or similar).</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Skills</b></div>
<ul><li>Familiarity with A/B testing and marketing automation tools.</li>
<li>Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.</li>
