We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who’s excited to turn data into action! In this role, you’ll support campaigns, analyze results, and help uncover insights that drive smarter marketing decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple channels (social media, email, website, and CRM) to measure campaign performance and identify actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- HubSpot Page Development: Build and maintain landing pages and website modules using HubSpot CMS. Leverage fundamental HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge to customize layouts, update content, and ensure a cohesive, on-brand user experience.
- AI Engine Optimization (AEO): Implement AEO strategies—including prompt engineering and structured content techniques—to increase visibility in AI-driven search and discovery platforms.
- CRM Data Health & Management: Oversee CRM data integrity by auditing, cleansing, and standardizing information to enhance segmentation, lead quality, and overall data reliability.
- Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Customer Journey Analytics: Evaluate CRM and behavioral data to uncover trends, refine audience segmentation, and improve engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Content Performance Monitoring: Track, evaluate, and report on content effectiveness across digital platforms (blogs, social, email) and recommend improvements based on performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
- Compliance & Accountability: Uphold company policies and perform additional marketing and data-related duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing role, including internships, focusing on data analysis.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) and tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRM.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with A/B testing and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic coding (e.g., SQL, Python) for deeper data analysis is a bonus.
