Whether handling cash transactions or serving delicious food, your positive attitude and attention to detail will make a real difference every day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds efficiently</li><li>Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision and integrity</li><li>Assist with food preparation when needed, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are maintained</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food handling surfaces in compliance with sanitation standards</li><li>Support food service operations by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and assisting kitchen staff during busy periods</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in food service, quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is highly preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering procedures</li><li>Culinary experience or background in the food industry is a plus</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high energy levels</li></ul>Join us to be part of a lively atmosphere where your dedication makes every guest feel valued.
