Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds efficiently
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision and integrity
• Assist with food preparation when needed, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are maintained
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food handling surfaces in compliance with sanitation standards
• Support food service operations by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and assisting kitchen staff during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering procedures
• Culinary experience or background in the food industry is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high energy levels

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
