This is a unique opportunity for British expats to work remotely with clients based in the United Kingdom. For this role, we seek British nationals with a clear and professional British accent.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and research potential clients, generating new leads through various channels, including outbound cold calling and targeted email campaigns.</li><li>Engage potential clients in consultative conversations to understand their payroll needs and challenges.</li><li>Present our payroll solutions persuasively, highlighting their key benefits and value proposition.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities within our CRM system, ensuring effective pipeline management.</li><li>Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.</li><li>Provide valuable feedback to management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role, preferably focusing on B2B services.</li><li>3 years' experience in Telesales/Cold calling (required)</li><li>Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a professional yet personable approach.</li><li>A precise and professional British accent is essential for this role.</li><li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.</li><li>A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to achieve results.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Attractive residual commission structure based on meeting and exceeding KPI.</li><li>A collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters professional success.</li><li>Opportunities for advancement within the company based on merit and performance.</li><li>Full-time, permanent position with flexibility for remote work.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of Telesales experience do you have?</li><li>How many cold calls have you done in one day?</li><li>Are you able to close deals over the phone?</li><li>Are you able to present online?</li><li>Are you a British citizen?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Telesales / Cold calling: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
