About the Role:</p>
<ul>
<li>We&rsquo;re looking for a strategic, trend-savvy designer who can do more than just make things look good. You&rsquo;ll be a visual storyteller who understands how design fuels both social media engagement and internal alignment. This role demands a deep understanding of content-led design, campaign thinking, and the ability to move fluidly between internal communication assets and high-performance social content.</li>
<li>You should be fluent in both social-first formats and brand-aligned messaging, have worked in product marketing, and be confident presenting your creative ideas to internal and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Social Media Design &ndash; Create engaging graphics and motion content for static posts, reels, stories, carousels, and thumbnails</li>
<li>Video Editing &ndash; Edit and produce videos, reels, event highlights, and other multimedia content optimized for digital platforms</li>
<li>Campaign Creative &ndash; Conceptualize and develop visuals for internal communication campaigns including newsletters, posters, digital signage, and event branding</li>
<li>Emailers &amp; Infographics &ndash; Develop visually compelling email templates, banners, and infographics to communicate complex information simply</li>
<li>Content Collaboration &ndash; Work with content strategists, copywriters, and campaign managers to bring ideas to life</li>
<li>AI &amp; Design Tools &ndash; Use tools like Midjourney, Freepik, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premier Pro and Canva to speed up ideation and production</li>
<li>Brand Consistency &ndash; Maintain visual alignment across all channels and materials</li>
<li>Trend Awareness &ndash; Stay on top of evolving design, social media, and communication trends</li>
<li>Project Management &ndash; Handle multiple design projects with tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery</li>
</ul>
<p>Required Skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on social media and campaign execution</li>
<li>Strong portfolio showcasing content-first design thinking and brand storytelling</li>
<li>Experience designing emailers, posters, and infographics for digital and print use</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, Figma</li>
<li>Proficiency in using AI design tools to streamline creative workflows</li>
<li>Strong visual sense&mdash;design, color, typography, and motion</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Prior experience designing for internal communication, product marketing, or corporate campaigns is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to understand campaign objectives and align visuals accordingly</li>
