About the Role</p>
<ul><li>We&rsquo;re looking for a story-driven, platform-aware Video Editor who understands how video shapes perception, engagement, and recall. This role goes beyond cutting clips&mdash; you&rsquo;ll craft narratives that perform across short-form social content and long-form brand, campaign, and internal videos.</li>
<li>You should understand pacing, visual rhythm, and platform behavior, and be confident translating briefs into impactful videos that align with brand goals and audience intent.</li>
<li>This role requires comfort working across campaigns, internal communications, product stories, and social-first video formats, with the ability to present and explain creative decisions.</li>
</ul><p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul><li>Short-Form Video Editing &ndash; Edit reels, shorts, stories, and snackable videos optimized for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms</li>
<li>**Long-Form Video Editing **&ndash; Edit Corporate films, explainers, interviews, internal communication videos, event after-movies, and product walkthroughs</li>
<li>Storytelling &amp; Pacing &ndash; Shape raw footage into engaging narratives using rhythm, transitions, music, and motion</li>
<li>Motion Graphics &amp; Effects &ndash; Add titles, lower thirds, subtitles, transitions, and basic animations to enhance storytelling</li>
<li>**Campaign Video Support **&ndash; Collaborate on video assets for internal and external campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives</li>
<li>Content Collaboration &ndash; Work closely with designers, content strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to align video output with campaign intent</li>
<li>Platform Optimization &ndash; Adapt videos for different formats, aspect ratios, durations, and platform best practices</li>
<li>AI &amp; Editing Tools &ndash; Use AI-assisted tools to speed up editing, subtitles, rough cuts, and creative experimentation</li>
<li>Brand Consistency &ndash; Ensure tone, look, and messaging remain consistent across all video outputs</li>
<li>Project &amp; Time Management &ndash; Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines</li>
</ul><p>Required Skills</p>
<ul><li>Strong portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form video work</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent editing tools)</li>
<li>Understanding of social media video trends, formats, and audience behavior</li>
<li>Working knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and sound design</li>
<li>Experience using AI tools for video editing, captioning, and ideation</li>
<li>Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to interpret briefs and align videos with communication goals</li>
