We’re looking for a strategic, trend-savvy designer who can do more than just make things look good. You’ll be a visual storyteller who understands how design fuels both social media engagement and internal alignment. This role demands a deep understanding of content-led design, campaign thinking, and the ability to move fluidly between internal communication assets and high-performance social content.
You should be fluent in both social-first formats and brand-aligned messaging, have worked in product marketing, and be confident presenting your creative ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Design – Create engaging graphics and motion content for static posts, reels, stories, carousels, and thumbnails
Video Editing – Edit and produce videos, reels, event highlights, and other multimedia content optimized for digital platforms
Campaign Creative – Conceptualize and develop visuals for internal communication campaigns including newsletters, posters, digital signage, and event branding
Emailers & Infographics – Develop visually compelling email templates, banners, and infographics to communicate complex information simply
Content Collaboration – Work with content strategists, copywriters, and campaign managers to bring ideas to life
AI & Design Tools – Use tools like Midjourney, Freepik, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premier Pro and Canva to speed up ideation and production
Brand Consistency – Maintain visual alignment across all channels and materials
Trend Awareness – Stay on top of evolving design, social media, and communication trends
