The International is a 36-hole, fully private golf facility located in Bolton, Massachusetts. Our Agronomy Department is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team for the 2026 golf season.This is a great opportunity to work outdoors in a beautiful setting, maintaining two premier golf courses while gaining hands-on experience in turf management.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Assist with daily golf course maintenance</li><li>Mow greens, tees, and fairways</li><li>Bunker maintenance</li><li>Operate and maintain equipment</li><li>Perform general labor tasks including raking, shoveling, trimming, and watering</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Positive attitude and attention to detail</li><li>Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed</li><li>Ability to work in all types of weather conditions</li><li>Prior landscaping or golf course experience is a plus, but not required</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Work in a scenic, outdoor environment</li><li>Be part of a supportive and professional team</li><li>Gain valuable experience in the golf and turf industry</li><li>Uniforms provided</li><li>Employee meals included</li><li>Golf privileges</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, SeasonalPay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourAbility to Relocate:<ul><li>Bolton, MA 01740: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
