Golf Course Maintenance

The International is a 36-hole, fully private golf facility located in Bolton, Massachusetts. Our Agronomy Department is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team for the 2026 golf season.

This is a great opportunity to work outdoors in a beautiful setting, maintaining two premier golf courses while gaining hands-on experience in turf management.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with daily golf course maintenance
• Mow greens, tees, and fairways
• Bunker maintenance
• Operate and maintain equipment
• Perform general labor tasks including raking, shoveling, trimming, and watering

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• Prior landscaping or golf course experience is a plus, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
