This role will support both organizations through smart operations, data management, and light financial coordination.About the RoleWe&rsquo;re hiring our first Client Success &amp; Operations Associate &mdash; a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who enjoys process improvement and supporting both client success and business operations.This position will start at approximately 20 hours per week, with the intent to expand to full-time (40 hrs/week) within 3&ndash;6 months as the company scales.The Associate will work at least 8 hours per week in-person at our Detroit location, collaborating directly with the founder and contributing to platform development. The remaining hours may be performed remotely. In-person time is expected to increase as the platform evolves and our subscriber base grows.Key Responsibilities&middot; Client Success &amp; Case Management&middot; Onboard new clients into the Intersection Compliance system&middot; Track licensing deadlines, renewals, and required filings&middot; Communicate with clients and municipal agencies as needed&middot; Maintain accurate and organized records&middot; Platform Operations &amp; Data Management&middot; Enter, verify, and maintain structured data in our compliance platform&middot; Identify workflow issues or system bugs and suggest improvements&middot; Test new features and provide feedback to developers&middot; Contribute to building standard operating procedures (SOPs)&middot; Operational &amp; Financial Support (Consulting Division)&middot; Prepare and track client invoices and payments&middot; Record transactions and expenses in QuickBooks (or similar system)&middot; Reconcile data and help maintain basic financial accuracy&middot; Manage organizational memberships and renewals&middot; Provide administrative support for consulting engagementsWhat We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Highly organized, dependable, and proactive</li><li>Comfortable with data systems, CRMs, or workflow platforms</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Basic familiarity with bookkeeping or financial recordkeeping (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)</li><li>Experience in operations, compliance, or client services a plus</li><li>Interest in helping refine and grow a technology-driven business</li><li>Ability to work on-site in Detroit at least 8 hours per week</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Hours: ~20 hours/week to start</li><li>Hybrid Schedule: Minimum 8 hours/week in-person (Detroit); remainder remote</li><li>Transition: Expected to grow to full-time within 3&ndash;6 months</li><li>Work Type: Hybrid</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Be the first hire shaping the foundation of a growing Detroit startup</li><li>Contribute to both technology development and client operations</li><li>Work directly with the company&rsquo;s founder in a collaborative, hands-on environment</li><li>Flexible schedule, meaningful impact, and clear growth path</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a short note about: 1.
