Position Title: Senior Billing Specialist &ndash; Dental RCM Location: On-site (Rawalpindi) Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) Company: The Inventor Solutions Experience Required: Minimum 2&ndash;3 years in Dental BillingJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Billing Specialist to join our Dental RCM team. The ideal candidate must have a strong command over the end-to-end billing process for dental practices, including claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-ups, and denial management. This is an on-site, full-time night shift position.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Submit dental claims (electronic and paper) to insurance carriers accurately and on time</li><li>Review EOBs/ERAs and post payments to the billing system</li><li>Perform Account Receivable follow-ups for unpaid or denied claims</li><li>Correct and resubmit rejected claims</li><li>Verify insurance benefits and coverage when required</li><li>Communicate with insurance companies via phone and online portals</li><li>Collaborate with verification and credentialing teams to ensure clean claims</li><li>Generate aging reports and track AR performance</li><li>Train and support junior billing staff if assigned</li><li>Maintain patient and provider confidentiality at all times</li><li>Update and maintain billing software with relevant payer information</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2 to 3 years of proven experience in dental billing (U.S. market)</li><li>Strong knowledge of CDT codes, dental procedures, and insurance guidelines</li><li>Familiarity with dental billing software (such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of HIPAA and RCM compliance requirements</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented and comfortable working under deadlines</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Must be able to work on-site during night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
