As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a skilled, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and sales growth.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising channels and e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2C marketing, specifically driving sales through Shopify, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and Google Ads. This role is critical to scaling our online business and maximizing our Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising &amp; Performance Marketing (70%)<ul><li>Strategy &amp; Management: Develop, implement, and manage high-performing paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) to achieve aggressive B2C sales goals.</li><li>Budget &amp; ROAS: Closely monitor campaign budgets, analyze performance metrics, and execute optimizations to consistently improve ROAS and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).</li><li>A/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous A/B tests for ad creative, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously refine campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the leadership team.</li></ul>E-commerce &amp; Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) (20%)<ul><li>Shopify Expertise: Manage and optimize the Shopify platform, ensuring a seamless and high-converting customer journey from ad click to checkout.</li><li>Data Integration: Ensure proper tracking and integration of pixels, tags, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) for accurate attribution and data collection.</li><li>Landing Pages: Collaborate with design/content teams to ensure landing pages and product pages are optimized for campaign-specific conversion goals.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Strategy (10%)<ul><li>Work closely with the Live Commerce Hosts and Product Teams to ensure ad copy and visuals are on-brand and optimized for maximum conversion.</li><li>Stay current with the latest platform changes, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of hands-on experience in B2C digital marketing, with a heavy focus on driving e-commerce sales.</li><li>Expert-level proficiency in managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).</li><li>Strong proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns, particularly Google Shopping and Search for e-commerce.</li><li>Demonstrable experience working within the Shopify e-commerce ecosystem, including theme customization, app integration, and CRO best practices.</li><li>Proven ability to meet and exceed ROAS and revenue targets.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, data visualization, and advanced segmentation.</li><li>Self-starter with strong project management and communication skills.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Paid time off and sick leave</li><li>Opportunity to lead the digital growth strategy for a passionate and expanding brand.</li><li>Employee discounts on collectibles!</li></ul>See us in action on Youtube:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTLtq7efIfJnWsbrZXyusOgFind us on social: ironlioncollectibles (instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter)Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have marketing for a B2C company?</li><li>On a scale of 1-10, how comfortable are you creating, managing, measuring Meta Ads?</li><li>What creative tools are you most comfortable with?</li><li>Describe your experience with Google SEO, adwords, and running paid search campaigns</li><li>Do you have any experience with OBS or Live Streaming?</li><li>Do you have any experience with photography and videography?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
