Our focus is on TCG, Sports Cards and Memorabilia, Comic Books, and other high end collectibles. We pride ourselves on building a strong community of collectors and delivering exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store. As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a skilled, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and sales growth.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising channels and e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2C marketing, specifically driving sales through Shopify, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and Google Ads. This role is critical to scaling our online business and maximizing our Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising & Performance Marketing (70%)

  • Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and manage high-performing paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) to achieve aggressive B2C sales goals.
  • Budget & ROAS: Closely monitor campaign budgets, analyze performance metrics, and execute optimizations to consistently improve ROAS and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous A/B tests for ad creative, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously refine campaign effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the leadership team.

E-commerce & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) (20%)

  • Shopify Expertise: Manage and optimize the Shopify platform, ensuring a seamless and high-converting customer journey from ad click to checkout.
  • Data Integration: Ensure proper tracking and integration of pixels, tags, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) for accurate attribution and data collection.
  • Landing Pages: Collaborate with design/content teams to ensure landing pages and product pages are optimized for campaign-specific conversion goals.

Collaboration & Strategy (10%)

  • Work closely with the Live Commerce Hosts and Product Teams to ensure ad copy and visuals are on-brand and optimized for maximum conversion.
  • Stay current with the latest platform changes, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2C digital marketing, with a heavy focus on driving e-commerce sales.
  • Expert-level proficiency in managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Strong proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns, particularly Google Shopping and Search for e-commerce.
  • Demonstrable experience working within the Shopify e-commerce ecosystem, including theme customization, app integration, and CRO best practices.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed ROAS and revenue targets.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, data visualization, and advanced segmentation.
  • Self-starter with strong project management and communication skills.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
