 Our Program Driver is responsible for day-to-day deliveries of groceries, meals, and products to clients while serving with dignity and respect. This position works closely with the client intake team and fleet manager to ensure clients receive essential items. This role provides vital communication and feedback on real-time barriers to maintain efficiency and operations to ensure excellent service.

JOB PURPOSE
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Director of People and Culture and enhancing the overall employee experience at The Just One Project. The Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support and contribute to all core areas of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Engagement, and Compliance and Risk Management.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Maintains and tracks the applicant pipeline; provides regular status updates to the Director</li><li>
Schedules and coordinates phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring teams</li><li>

Monitors required certifications, including Food Handlers Cards and other role-specific credentials</li><li>
Sends follow-up reminders to staff and managers for outstanding items; reports compliance gaps to the Director for resolution</li><li>

JOB PURPOSE 
The DHRC Case Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to individuals and families in need of supportive services, and community resources. This role focuses on assisting clients in achieving stability and self-sufficiency by creating individualized service plans, connecting them to essential resources, and offering ongoing support. 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
Client Services and Case Management<ul><li>
