 Senior Financial Analyst

 Applicants must reside in Arizona to be considered. This role will require light travel (3 days a month).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting packages in accordance with corporate requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Review consolidated financial results and develop Board-level reporting materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead or support financial system enhancements, process improvements, and operational initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop financial forecasts and model multiple scenarios to support strategic decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform variance analysis (actual vs. forecast/budget) and account reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Present monthly financial results and insights to senior leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate actionable insights through detailed financial analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify trends and assess their impact on overall financial and organizational performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate effectively with operational and executive leadership teams
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Finance required
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in a financial analysis role
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting C-suite or executive leadership preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute and grow
 </li>
