Senior Financial Analyst

The Keller Group is seeking a driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our Scottsdale-based client as they continue to expand their FP&A function. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a well-established, nationally recognized organization while partnering closely with cross-functional and senior leadership teams.

Applicants must reside in Arizona to be considered. This role will require light travel (3 days a month).

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting packages in accordance with corporate requirements
• Review consolidated financial results and develop Board-level reporting materials
• Lead or support financial system enhancements, process improvements, and operational initiatives
• Develop financial forecasts and model multiple scenarios to support strategic decision-making
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs. forecast/budget) and account reconciliations
• Present monthly financial results and insights to senior leadership
• Generate actionable insights through detailed financial analysis
• Identify trends and assess their impact on overall financial and organizational performance
• Collaborate effectively with operational and executive leadership teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5+ years of experience in a financial analysis role
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables)
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
• Experience supporting C-suite or executive leadership preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute and grow
