Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartende/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.</li><li>Engage with customers to provide recommendations and take drink orders.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.</li><li>Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the cash register.</li><li>Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.</li><li>Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health standards.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.</li><li>Must have or willing to get before starting job. Your Alcohol &amp; Tobacco permit &amp; Server Training permit as well.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.</li><li>Proficient in basic math for cash handling and drink measurements.</li><li>Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in bartending or related roles.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.</li><li>Ability to handle cash transactions efficiently using a cash register.</li><li>Sales skills to promote menu items and special offers effectively.</li><li>Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.</li></ul>Join our team as a Bartender where your skills will shine, and your contributions will be valued!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $5.25 per hourPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
