Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartende/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and take drink orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the cash register.
• Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Must have or willing to get before starting job. Your Alcohol & Tobacco permit & Server Training permit as well.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and drink measurements.
• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in bartending or related roles.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Ability to handle cash transactions efficiently using a cash register.
• Sales skills to promote menu items and special offers effectively.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.
