Job Summary
The Bellman/Driver is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage handling, escorting guests, and providing safe and timely transportation services. This role ensures guests receive a warm welcome and a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Duties:<ul><li>
Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>
Assist guests with luggage to and from rooms.</li><li>
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services.</li><li>
Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.</li><li>
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.</li></ul>
Driver Duties:<ul><li>
Safely transport guests to and from designated locations.</li><li>
Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.</li><li>
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.</li><li>
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.</li><li>
Report on any vehicle maintenance issues immediately.</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license for 3 years with a clean driving record.</li><li>
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Professional appearance and positive attitude.</li><li>
Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs or more).</li><li>
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul>
