Job Summary
The Bellman/Driver is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage handling, escorting guests, and providing safe and timely transportation services. This role ensures guests receive a warm welcome and a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Duties:

Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner.

Assist guests with luggage to and from rooms.

Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services.

Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.

Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Driver Duties:
-
Safely transport guests to and from designated locations.
-
Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.

Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.

Report on any vehicle maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid driver’s license for 3 years with a clean driving record.

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs or more).

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
