<div>The Lakes Home Care is looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Responsible for assisting patients with and per plan of care, the following:<ul><li>
Baths, Oral hygiene, Dressing and undressing, Toileting activities, feeding, etc.</li><li>
Taking and recording oral, rectal and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration and blood pressure when ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency)</li><li>
Safe transfer and ambulation techniques</li><li>
Exercise according to the plan of care</li><li>
Performing range of motion and other simple procedures as an extensional therapy service as ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency)</li><li>
Patient&rsquo;s laundry</li><li>
Meeting safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.)</li><li>
Observation and teaching of home safety practices</li><li>
Recognition of an emergency situation and knowledge of emergency management procedures</li></ul></li><li>
Must follow patients&rsquo; plan of care and complete all tasks assigned</li><li>
Communicates in a constant, clear, and effective way with the client, family/caregiver and office</li><li>
Observes and documents patient condition and reports any changes, to the assigned nurse supervisor</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Meets all training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws when applicable</li><li>
Ability to read, follow written instructions and document care given</li><li>
Possess and maintains current CPR certification in accordance with state regulation</li><li>
PPD or chest x-ray if applicable</li><li>
Successful completion of Maxim screening examinations</li><li>
Participation and completion of Maxim&rsquo;s competency program</li></ul>
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Home Health Aides (HHA)

<div>We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to conduct home visits for patients with respiratory conditions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, treating, and managing patients' respiratory care needs in a home setting. This role offers the opportunity to provide personalized care and make a significant impact on patients' quality of life.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conduct home visits to assess and monitor patients with respiratory conditions.</li><li>
Administer prescribed respiratory treatments and therapies (e.g., oxygen therapy, nebulizers, CPAP/BiPAP).</li><li>
Educate patients and their families about proper respiratory care and equipment usage.</li><li>
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.</li><li>
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments as needed.</li><li>
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.</li><li>
Provide emergency respiratory care as necessary.</li><li>
Ensure patient safety and proper use of respiratory equipment.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license and certification (RRT or CRT).</li><li>
Previous experience in home healthcare or clinical respiratory therapy is preferred.</li><li>
Knowledge of respiratory diseases, treatments, and medical equipment.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patients' homes.</li><li>
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.</li><li>
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings, as needed.</li></ul>
