Respiratory Therapy

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to conduct home visits for patients with respiratory conditions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, treating, and managing patients' respiratory care needs in a home setting. This role offers the opportunity to provide personalized care and make a significant impact on patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits to assess and monitor patients with respiratory conditions.

• Administer prescribed respiratory treatments and therapies (e.g., oxygen therapy, nebulizers, CPAP/BiPAP).

• Educate patients and their families about proper respiratory care and equipment usage.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments as needed.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Provide emergency respiratory care as necessary.

• Ensure patient safety and proper use of respiratory equipment.

Requirements:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license and certification (RRT or CRT).

• Previous experience in home healthcare or clinical respiratory therapy is preferred.

• Knowledge of respiratory diseases, treatments, and medical equipment.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patients' homes.

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.

• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings, as needed.
