Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Daytime Host to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and hospitality expertise will help foster a lively environment that keeps guests excited and satisfied throughout their visit. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service talents in a dynamic setting where every day is different and full of potential.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly with a friendly and energetic demeanor, setting the tone for their experience</li><li>Manage guest check-ins and reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS</li><li>Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions, offering recommendations, and addressing concerns promptly</li><li>Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth flow of service during busy daytime hours</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times</li><li>Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills</li><li>Assist in managing waitlists, seating arrangements, and communicating wait times accurately to guests</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant environments preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus</li><li>Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is advantageous</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Knowledge of food service operations and guest relations best practices</li></ul>Join our team and be part of an energetic environment where your hospitality skills make every guest&rsquo;s experience memorable!
