This role involves crafting a wide range of digital and print marketing materials&mdash;including social media campaigns, blogs, newsletters, video scripts, and project portfolios&mdash;that showcase Laurel Group&rsquo;s expertise in luxury landscape design and construction. This position plays a vital role in showcasing Laurel Group&rsquo;s reputation as a leader in high-end landscape design and construction. By consistently delivering visually stunning and strategically crafted content, the Marketing Content Creator helps attract affluent clients, retain loyal customers, and position the brand as the premier choice in the market.The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong design sensibilities and a passion for communicating luxury, craftsmanship, and innovation. Accuracy and attention to details is of utmost importance in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy &amp; Planning- Collaborate with the marketing VP to develop a content calendar aligned with seasonal campaigns, events, and business objectives. - Conduct research on industry trends, competitive positioning, and target audiences to inform messaging. - Ensure all content is aligned with Laurel Group&rsquo;s brand standards, tone, and voice.Content Creation- Develop high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content, including:<ul><li>Social media posts (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook).</li><li>Blog articles highlighting design trends, seasonal tips, and company expertise.</li><li>Email newsletters and client announcements.</li><li>Portfolio pieces showcasing completed projects.</li><li>Video scripts and storyboards for promotional or educational content.</li><li>- Capture and edit photography and short-form video during site visits, events, or installations.</li></ul>Digital Marketing Execution- Manage day-to-day posting and engagement on social platforms. - Collaborate on paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads). - Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility. - Track performance metrics and adjust content strategies based on analytics.Collaboration- Work closely with the sales and design teams to promote new services, seasonal offerings, and featured projects. - Partner with project managers to highlight in-progress builds and client success stories. - Support event planning and coverage for client appreciation nights, home shows, or industry conferences.Qualifications- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field. - 2&ndash;5 years of experience creating marketing content, preferably in luxury goods, home services, or design industries. - Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills. - Proficiency with design and marketing tools such as:<ul><li>Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).</li><li>Canva or similar platforms.</li><li>Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite).</li><li>Basic photography and video editing skills.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital analytics.- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a strong sense of urgenc</li></ul>Performance Metrics<ul><li>-Engagement growth on social media platforms.</li><li>- Increased website traffic and lead generation from content campaigns.</li><li>- Consistent on-time delivery of planned content.</li><li>- Positive feedback from leadership, sales, and design teams on marketing alignment.</li><li>- Measurable improvement in brand visibility within the luxury landscape market.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $130,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
