Position Summary
The Marketing Content Creator is responsible for producing compelling, brand-aligned content that engages high-end clientele, drives brand awareness, and generates new business opportunities. This role involves crafting a wide range of digital and print marketing materials—including social media campaigns, blogs, newsletters, video scripts, and project portfolios—that showcase Laurel Group’s expertise in luxury landscape design and construction. This position plays a vital role in showcasing Laurel Group’s reputation as a leader in high-end landscape design and construction. By consistently delivering visually stunning and strategically crafted content, the Marketing Content Creator helps attract affluent clients, retain loyal customers, and position the brand as the premier choice in the market.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong design sensibilities and a passion for communicating luxury, craftsmanship, and innovation. Accuracy and attention to details is of utmost importance in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with the marketing VP to develop a content calendar aligned with seasonal campaigns, events, and business objectives.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive positioning, and target audiences to inform messaging.
- Ensure all content is aligned with Laurel Group’s brand standards, tone, and voice.
Content Creation
- Develop high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content, including:
Digital Marketing Execution
- Manage day-to-day posting and engagement on social platforms.
- Collaborate on paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
- Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility.
- Track performance metrics and adjust content strategies based on analytics.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales and design teams to promote new services, seasonal offerings, and featured projects.
- Partner with project managers to highlight in-progress builds and client success stories.
- Support event planning and coverage for client appreciation nights, home shows, or industry conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience creating marketing content, preferably in luxury goods, home services, or design industries.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
