We maintain a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on quality service and client satisfaction.Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and staff. This is an entry-level position &mdash; no legal experience required, and we will provide full training.You&rsquo;ll play an important role in both administrative and client-facing tasks while learning about the legal field from the ground up.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer phones and greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner</li><li>Scan and electronically file documents in our case management system</li><li>Prepare legal documents, forms, and correspondence under attorney supervision</li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date client files</li><li>Schedule appointments and assist with general office tasks</li><li>Meet with clients for intake, document collection, and follow-ups</li><li>Support attorneys with document preparation and case management</li><li>Assist with social media marketing (posting updates, sharing firm news, basic content support)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Comfortable learning new software and managing digital files</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and professional</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)</li><li>No prior legal experience required &mdash; we will train</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Spanish speaking (bilingual candidates encouraged to apply)</li><li>Social media savvy, with interest or experience in marketing or content creation</li><li>Customer service or office experience</li><li>Interest in developing a long-term career in the legal field</li></ul>Growth OpportunitiesThis position offers room to grow within the firm.
