The Law Office of Kyle A. Patrick is seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and communicates effectively to join our growing organization. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma, although a associate's degree is preferred, and they should possess administrative experience. Must have a car to travel.The duties include, but are not limited to, the following:<ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries</li><li>Intake new clients</li><li>Communicate with clients</li><li>Maintain calendar</li><li>Manage supply inventory</li><li>Identify, organize, and file documents physically and electronically</li><li>Assist with serving documents</li><li>Assist with copying and scanning documents</li><li>Process mail</li><li>Property maintenance such as basic custodial duties, organizing and cleaning up conference room, stocking fridge supplies and office supplies, watering plants, and more as needed</li><li>Go on runs to the courthouse, post office, the bank, Staples, Target, and any additional places as needed.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Riverside, CA 92501 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Riverside, CA 92501: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
