Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible formanaging the attorney calendars, coordinating depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings and ensuring deadlines are met across all active cases. This role also provides general administrative support to assist attorneys and staff in all stages of litigation.Minimum qualifications:1. Proficiency in English and Spanish languages2. Knowledge in Microsoft office3. Essential email etiquette4. Strong customer service skills5. Disciplined work ethic6. Great organizational skillsResponsibilities:1. Maintain attorney calendar and schedules;2. Assist in coordinating client meetings with handling attorney and/or opposing counsel; and3. Communicate with clients regarding file updates.This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys, gain valuable legal experience, and contribute to meaningful cases.
