&lt;Job Summary&gt; Plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking a part-time Legal Assistant / Case Manager to support Michigan auto accident litigation and pre-litigation matters. The position involves drafting documents using firm templates, managing active case files, coordinating medical records and scheduling, and maintaining consistent client communication. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple files efficiently in a structured, deadline-driven environment.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence using firm templates</li><li>Prepare facilitation and case evaluation summaries</li><li>Order, review, and organize medical records and billing</li><li>Maintain accurate case status updates and file organization</li><li>Track treatment progress and assist with wage loss documentation</li><li>Coordinate depositions, IMEs, and court scheduling</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients, providers, and adjusters</li><li>Ensure deadlines and task lists are properly maintained</li></ul>&lt;Skills&gt;<ul><li>Prior legal experience preferred (personal injury experience a plus)</li><li>Strong writing and proofreading skills</li><li>High attention to detail and organizational ability</li><li>Ability to manage multiple active files</li><li>Professional verbal and written communication</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software</li><li>Ability to work independently after training</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 &ndash; 30 per weekWork Location: In person
