Your Role as a Floater Teacher:
<ul>
<li>Assist in multiple classrooms, supporting lead teachers and stepping in as needed</li>
<li>Engage with children in play, learning activities, and routines</li>
<li>Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment</li>
<li>Build positive relationships with staff, children, and families</li>
</ul>
What You Bring to the Table:
<ul>
<li>18 years or older</li>
<li>CDA or pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education preferred</li>
<li>1+ year experience in a licensed childcare center (a plus!)</li>
<li>CPR &amp; First Aid certified</li>
<li>Able to pass a background check</li>
<li>Available for a flexible part-time schedule between 1:00PM&ndash;6:00PM, Monday&ndash;Friday</li>
