Your Role as a Floater Teacher:

• Assist in multiple classrooms, supporting lead teachers and stepping in as needed
• Engage with children in play, learning activities, and routines
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
• Build positive relationships with staff, children, and families

What You Bring to the Table:

• 18 years or older
• CDA or pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• 1+ year experience in a licensed childcare center (a plus!)
• CPR & First Aid certified
• Able to pass a background check
• Available for a flexible part-time schedule between 1:00PM–6:00PM, Monday–Friday
