This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families while developing your skills in early childhood education.Duties<ul><li>Assist in implementing daily routines that promote infants&rsquo; physical, emotional, and cognitive development</li><li>Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and comforting to ensure infants feel secure and loved</li><li>Support classroom activities that stimulate sensory exploration, language development, and motor skills</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment by following health and safety protocols at all times</li><li>Collaborate with lead teachers to observe and document each infant&rsquo;s progress and milestones</li><li>Engage with children through play-based learning, fostering social interaction and positive behavior management</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day, needs, and developmental progress</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool is preferred</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for infant care</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus</li><li>Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, compassion, and excellent communication abilities</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a flexible, energetic attitude</li><li>Commitment to creating an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs</li></ul>Join us in shaping the future by providing nurturing care that promotes growth, discovery, and joy for our youngest learners.
