At The Lemon Room, we believe great drinks and genuine hospitality create something special.We are a small, owner-operated cocktail bar in Wilson focused on thoughtful cocktails, seasonal food, and creating a warm space where our community loves to gather.As we head into a busy season, we are looking to add a part-time bartender to our team who enjoys craft cocktails, connecting with guests, and working in a small, collaborative environment.This role will work closely with ownership and help support bar operations during service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare cocktails, beer, and wine with care and consistency</li><li>Provide welcoming, attentive service to guests at the bar and tables</li><li>Maintain an organized and clean bar area</li><li>Assist with opening or closing duties</li><li>Support restocking and bar prep as needed</li><li>Help maintain the polished but relaxed atmosphere we strive to create</li><li>Bartending experience preferred (craft cocktail experience is a plus)</li><li>Strong hospitality mindset and guest interaction skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a small team environment</li><li>Reliable and able to work evening and weekend shifts</li><li>Interest in learning more about cocktails, spirits, and bar culture</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Bartending experience preferred (craft cocktail experience is a plus)</li><li>Strong hospitality mindset and guest interaction skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a small team environment</li><li>Reliable and able to work evening and weekend shifts</li><li>Interest in learning more about cocktails, spirits, and bar culture</li></ul>SchedulePart-time to start Primarily Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings &amp; Special EventsCompensationHourly wage $10.70&ndash;$14/hr plus tips, depending on experience.
