Bartender – Cocktail Bar

At The Lemon Room, we believe great drinks and genuine hospitality create something special.

We are a small, owner-operated cocktail bar in Wilson focused on thoughtful cocktails, seasonal food, and creating a warm space where our community loves to gather.

As we head into a busy season, we are looking to add a part-time bartender to our team who enjoys craft cocktails, connecting with guests, and working in a small, collaborative environment.

This role will work closely with ownership and help support bar operations during service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, beer, and wine with care and consistency
• Provide welcoming, attentive service to guests at the bar and tables
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area
• Assist with opening or closing duties
• Support restocking and bar prep as needed
• Help maintain the polished but relaxed atmosphere we strive to create
• Bartending experience preferred (craft cocktail experience is a plus)
• Strong hospitality mindset and guest interaction skills
• Comfortable working in a small team environment
• Reliable and able to work evening and weekend shifts
• Interest in learning more about cocktails, spirits, and bar culture

Schedule

Part-time to start
Primarily Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings & Special Events

Compensation

Hourly wage $10.70–$14/hr plus tips, depending on experience. Our bartenders typically earn strong tips due to our cocktail-focused menu and engaged guest base.
