Server/Bartender

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Server/bartender to join our team! Our positions play a big role in creating and providing the best customer experience and satisfaction. Our ultimate goal is to provide an exceptional guest experience. Servers are $17.34+tip (comes up to $25-$30/hr total)

Server duties and responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer services
• Greet customers and present menus
• Make suggestions based on their preferences

Requirements and qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a Server is required
• Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
• 1 year of experience with cash register and any ordering information system.
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Active listening
• Customer-centric
• High school diploma or higher; food safety training will be considered a plus
• Take and serve food/drinks/dessert orders
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Arrange table settings
• Keep tables and restaurant environment clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Familiarity with middle eastern/Persian food is a plus

Note: This position is Minimum wage ($17.34+tips). Potential earning with tips and could range to $2000-$2500 every two weeks
