Our firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our Intake Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting client intake operations through accurate data management, communication, and administrative support. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organizational skill, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Accurately input, update, and maintain client and case information in the firm&rsquo;s case management system.</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients, insurance companies, and internal team members via phone and email.</li><li>Generate and distribute case management and intake progress reports as requested by the Intake Manager.</li><li>Monitor and document follow-ups on pending client or insurance information.</li><li>Schedule and manage calendar appointments for client calls, meetings, and important case deadlines.</li><li>Organize and file incoming documentation and ensure proper digital recordkeeping.</li><li>Assist intake paralegals and virtual assistants with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm&rsquo;s data privacy and compliance standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of data entry or administrative experience, preferably in a legal, insurance, or professional services setting.</li><li>Strong computer proficiency, including experience with case management or CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.</li><li>Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
