Our firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our Intake Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting client intake operations through accurate data management, communication, and administrative support. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organizational skill, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain client and case information in the firm’s case management system.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, insurance companies, and internal team members via phone and email.
  • Generate and distribute case management and intake progress reports as requested by the Intake Manager.
  • Monitor and document follow-ups on pending client or insurance information.
  • Schedule and manage calendar appointments for client calls, meetings, and important case deadlines.
  • Organize and file incoming documentation and ensure proper digital recordkeeping.
  • Assist intake paralegals and virtual assistants with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm’s data privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of data entry or administrative experience, preferably in a legal, insurance, or professional services setting.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including experience with case management or CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
