We are looking for full-time and part-time Baristas for a breakfast and lunch caf&eacute; in the heart of Woodside.The Little Store is a beloved neighborhood caf&eacute; and flower shop. We are a small but mighty team committed to serving quality coffee, seasonal food, and fresh flowers in a warm and welcoming environment.You must be able to move fast when necessary and have excellent customer service. This is a fun job with a great team in a small-town feel community. You'll have regular customers, work in a beautiful space, and make money while making friends.Must be available to work on the weekends.Barista Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide unmatched hospitality to customers</li><li>Prepare and serve coffee beverages including espresso and drip coffees and teas</li><li>Stay knowledgeable about our coffee partnerships and current offerings</li><li>Continually cultivate your curiosity, knowledge and skills within the industry</li><li>Be a team player by taking part in tasks that keep the cafe running smoothly including maintaining tidiness and functionality of daily operations</li><li>Maintain current health, food, and safety guidelines</li><li>Be an active participant in a safe and respectful work environment</li></ul>Barista qualifications and experience:<ul><li>Previous experience as a barista is highly preferred.</li><li>Work efficiently within a team environment</li><li>Excellent at multitasking while remaining composed during busy times</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism, with a friendly and approachable attitude</li></ul>Barista skills and abilities<ul><li>Understanding of The Little Store values and standards</li><li>Ability to keep a calm and professional, demeanor at all times</li><li>Must possess a desire to learn and grow in a small and dynamic team</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for 4+ hours</li><li>Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs</li></ul>Duties Include:<ul><li>operating Toast POS system</li><li>excellent customer service</li><li>keeping a clean workstation</li><li>showing up to your shifts on time!</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
