Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and site preparation.</li><li>Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.</li><li>Load and unload materials and equipment as needed on job sites.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and hazardous materials.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.</li><li>Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to construction practices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.</li><li>Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.</li><li>Must adhere to safety guidelines at all times while on the job site.
