Construction Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and site preparation.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed on job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to construction practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
