<div>The 1925 Grill Server is responsible for preforming a variety of duties within a 1925 Grill establishment which may include completing customer transactions, cleaning the food or stock areas, and maintaining inventory; preforming all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Greets customers and takes food orders; provides information about menus; looks for opportunity to &ldquo;upsell&rdquo; products.</li><li>
Operates point of sell software</li><li>
Serves members and their guests pool-side</li><li>
Cleans and stocks work area</li><li>
Prepares drink orders</li><li>
Receives inventory, moves and lifts food and beverage products and supplies.</li><li>
Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and checking temperature of products.</li><li>
Clean and sanitizes workstation and equipment.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>
Able to easily operate computers</li><li>
Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.</li></ul>

Work Environment 
This job operates in a kitchen and pool-side environment, housed with equipment such as an oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, coffee machine, steamer, mixer and chef&rsquo;s knives. The employee is frequently exposed to heat, steam, fire and noise.
Physical Demands<ul><li>
Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to preform normal job functions.</li><li>
Requires the ability to lift/push objects weighing over 40 lbs.</li><li>
Requires the ability to speak read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.</li></ul>
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work 
This is a full-time or part-time seasonal position, and expected work hours are 20-40 hours per week, Tuesday through Sunday, May through September, and Memorial Day and Labor Day.
