The Magic Cleaner, LLC is looking for a Cleaning Specialist/Driver in our San Antonio, TX location. We are looking for a clewning lady who is reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday through Friday, Saturday optional from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.Requirements:<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and be insurable.</li><li>If no car, must have a form of transportation</li><li>Must have an acceptable driving record.</li><li>Must be able to lift 30 lbs.</li><li>Must have a clean driving record.</li><li>Cleaning experience is Required</li><li>Must have a good work ethic</li><li>Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.</li></ul>Must be available to work some weekends.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Adequately clean commercial &amp; residential spaces daily, at a moderate/timely pace, communicating well with team and clients, pertaining progress cleaning or needs from the client.</li><li>Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in a variety of weather conditions and traffic conditions, as well as, as required by company policy, from destination to destination.</li><li>Interact with team members &amp; clients (i.e., greet clients as needed, greet staff when entering the vehicle, politely communicate any instructions as the driver).</li><li>Check in products accurately and efficiently in the storage area, ensure that vehicle is properly loaded for projects scheduled for the day.</li><li>Perform pre-trip safety inspections of vehicle(s), equipment(s), and supplies before leaving the company's property daily; ensure that all equipment is properly stowed in the vehicle(s) ensures that vehicle is returned to storage by afternoon/evening without damage; perform cleanup activities after delivery day as required by company policy.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, SeasonalPay: From $13.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid training</li><li>Parental leave</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>San Antonio, TX 78258 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>San Antonio, TX 78258: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
