Cleaning Specialist

The Magic Cleaner, LLC is looking for a Cleaning Specialist/Driver in our San Antonio, TX location. We are looking for a clewning lady who is reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday through Friday, Saturday optional from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• If no car, must have a form of transportation
• Must have an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Cleaning experience is Required
• Must have a good work ethic
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.

Must be available to work some weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Adequately clean commercial & residential spaces daily, at a moderate/timely pace, communicating well with team and clients, pertaining progress cleaning or needs from the client.
• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in a variety of weather conditions and traffic conditions, as well as, as required by company policy, from destination to destination.
• Interact with team members & clients (i.e., greet clients as needed, greet staff when entering the vehicle, politely communicate any instructions as the driver).
• Check in products accurately and efficiently in the storage area, ensure that vehicle is properly loaded for projects scheduled for the day.
• Perform pre-trip safety inspections of vehicle(s), equipment(s), and supplies before leaving the company's property daily; ensure that all equipment is properly stowed in the vehicle(s) ensures that vehicle is returned to storage by afternoon/evening without damage; perform cleanup activities after delivery day as required by company policy.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
