 This 8-week internship programme is designed to provide students with an experience like no other &ndash; you will have the chance to work on real business problems, and if you are a top performer,
 
 an action-packed business immersion in Turkey!
 
 
 
 The programme will help you develop practical skills, business exposure, and professional confidence so you hit the ground running when you graduate.
 
 
 
 What are we looking for?
 
 
 
 We are looking for individuals who are curious, driven, and eager to learn about the inner workings of a dynamic business environment. This program is for those who are not only creative and analytical, but also willing to take initiative and collaborate with teams. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in sales and business are key to succeeding in this role.
 
 
 
 
 Programme Structure:
 
 
 
 
 From day one, interns will work on high-impact projects aligned with business needs and present their ideas and outcomes to the Management Committee (MC). Each intern will be assigned a mentor to guide their learning and development throughout the program.
 
 
 You will gain hands-on exposure through market visits to understand consumer behaviour and retail dynamics, as well as factory visits to experience operational processes firsthand. Along the way, you will build core professional skills, strengthen your business acumen, and develop your presentation and collaboration abilities.
 
 
 
 Top-performing interns will be selected for an international business immersion experience in Turkey, where they build a global perspective through on-ground exposure.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provides expert guidance on supply chain finance processes for the sourcing unit, ensuring alignment to the global template and identifying exceptions or localisations in Local Design workshops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates with local SMEs to gather inputs and validate the Day 2 target state for supply chain finance, including local applications, integrations, and customer/supplier financial practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consolidates and raises requirements or statutory needs to the Supply Chain &amp; Direct Procurement Lead for potential localization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take full ownership of system integration testing, data migration and UAT for supply chain finance scenarios.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage end to end go-live and Hypercare support and clarifications to ensure smooth operational continuity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interfaces directly with the Country and Wave Supply Chain Finance teams.

 WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills, Experiences &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Qualified accountant or equivalent experience with strong knowledge of sourcing unit finance processes (e.g., product costing, inventory valuation, supplier settlements) and their integration with supply chain operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Costing processes, including reviewing and managing BOM, within an FMCG or similar manufacturing environment is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to coordinate local SMEs and bridge global design and market requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have functional understanding of SAP and relevant supply chain finance applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to influence across functions and collaborate with both global and local stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem‑solving capability to interpret financial processes within complex supply chain structures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating confidence in representing market needs within a global programme framework.
