 JOB PURPOSE:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;ll be responsible of warehouse and distribution operation of Ice cream business.
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;ll work closely with Safety, Customer Development team, Distributors, Finance, Procurement, and other functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Your main target is ensuring safety and quality standards of the company in every step of operation while decreasing cost and sustaining service level.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing fleet &amp; other sources of direct distribution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring safety and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible of operational bugdet; make analysis and compare warehouses to capturing further efficiencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyzing, monitoring service level and take appropriate actions for improving.
 </li>
 <li>
 Discussing &amp; challanging business growth for needed capacity and daily activities in season.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating new projects to decrease cost and implement new technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Defining capex requirements of operation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Safety obsession and knowledge is a plus.
 
 
 </li>
