What is the Accelerator Programme?

This 8-week internship programme is designed to provide students with an experience like no other – you will have the chance to work on real business problems, and if you are a top performer, an action-packed business immersion in Turkey!

The programme will help you develop practical skills, business exposure, and professional confidence so you hit the ground running when you graduate.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals who are curious, driven, and eager to learn about the inner workings of a dynamic business environment. This program is for those who are not only creative and analytical, but also willing to take initiative and collaborate with teams. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in supply chain and manufacturing processes are key to succeeding in this role.

Programme Structure:

From day one, interns will work on high-impact projects aligned with business needs and present their ideas and outcomes to the Management Committee (MC). Each intern will be assigned a mentor to guide their learning and development throughout the program.

You will gain hands-on exposure through market visits to understand consumer behaviour and retail dynamics, as well as factory visits to experience operational processes firsthand. Along the way, you will build core professional skills, strengthen your business acumen, and develop your presentation and collaboration abilities.

Top-performing interns will be selected for an international business immersion experience in Turkey, where they build a global perspective through on-ground exposure.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year of an undergraduate program (preferably in Engineering or a related field)
