We are expanding our operations to Sarasota to service high-volume Property Management firms and Real Estate Investors.We don&rsquo;t just &quot;fix things&quot;&mdash;we protect assets and maximize ROI for our clients.​We are looking for a Lead Remodeler/Right Hand who can thrive in the fast-paced world of rental turnovers and property flips. This is a ground-floor opportunity. If you can prove you can manage a punch list, hit deadlines, and keep the owner&rsquo;s stress low, your path to a leadership or partner-track role is wide open. ​The Work: Turnovers, Maintenance &amp; Flips ​You won't be bored. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of investment property care:<ul><li>​The &quot;Flip&quot; (Remodeling):Full kitchen/bath refreshes, flooring installs (LVP/Tile), and modernizing units for resale or high-end rental.</li><li>​The &quot;Turnover&quot; (Speed):Getting a vacated unit rent-ready in record time (drywall, paint, hardware, cleaning).</li><li>​The &quot;Maintenance&quot; (Troubleshooting):Diagnosing plumbing leaks, electrical shorts, and HVAC basics to keep tenants happy.</li><li>​The &quot;Strategy&quot;:Walking properties with the owner to create &quot;Scopes of Work&quot; and estimating material costs.</li></ul>​What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>​Investor Mindset:You understand that time is money. You work fast, but you don&rsquo;t cut corners that cause &quot;call-backs.&quot;</li><li>​The &quot;Closer&quot;:You have 5+ years in the trades and can finish a project from start to finish with minimal supervision.</li><li>​Problem Solver:Property management is full of surprises. You need to be the person who brings the owner solutions, not just problems.</li><li>​Tech Savvy:Ability to use apps for project tracking, before/after photos, and communication.</li><li>​Professionalism:You&rsquo;ll be the face of the company when dealing with property managers and tenants.</li></ul>​Why This Role?<ul><li>​Uncapped Growth:As we sign more property management contracts, we need leaders to run crews.
