Remodeling Technician

We are expanding our operations to Sarasota to service high-volume Property Management firms and Real Estate Investors.We don’t just "fix things"—we protect assets and maximize ROI for our clients.

​We are looking for a Lead Remodeler/Right Hand who can thrive in the fast-paced world of rental turnovers and property flips. This is a ground-floor opportunity. If you can prove you can manage a punch list, hit deadlines, and keep the owner’s stress low, your path to a leadership or partner-track role is wide open.
​The Work: Turnovers, Maintenance & Flips
​You won't be bored. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of investment property care:

• ​The "Flip" (Remodeling):Full kitchen/bath refreshes, flooring installs (LVP/Tile), and modernizing units for resale or high-end rental.
• ​The "Turnover" (Speed):Getting a vacated unit rent-ready in record time (drywall, paint, hardware, cleaning).
• ​The "Maintenance" (Troubleshooting):Diagnosing plumbing leaks, electrical shorts, and HVAC basics to keep tenants happy.
• ​The "Strategy":Walking properties with the owner to create "Scopes of Work" and estimating material costs.

• ​Investor Mindset:You understand that time is money. You work fast, but you don’t cut corners that cause "call-backs."
• ​The "Closer":You have 5+ years in the trades and can finish a project from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• ​Problem Solver:Property management is full of surprises. You need to be the person who brings the owner solutions, not just problems.
• ​Tech Savvy:Ability to use apps for project tracking, before/after photos, and communication.
• ​Professionalism:You’ll be the face of the company when dealing with property managers and tenants.

​Requirements

• ​Must have your own reliable truck/van and professional-grade tools.
• ​Deep knowledge of Sarasota/Bradenton area and local suppliers.
• ​Clean background (required for entering occupied rental units).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
