We&rsquo;re looking for someone who wants to build a career in cannabis, not just fill a position.The Job &mdash; You&rsquo;ll Do Everything That Keeps This Facility Running:This role covers the entire facility and production cycle. You&rsquo;ll assist directly with the founders in maintaining a high-performing indoor grow. Tasks include:<ul><li>Daily plant care &mdash; watering, pruning, defoliating, cleaning grow rooms</li><li>Harvest prep, trimming, drying, curing, packaging, and labeling</li><li>Daily facility cleaning and sanitation &mdash; every room, every day</li><li>Completing compliance and production logs accurately</li><li>Monitoring plant health, spotting issues early, and maintaining quality control</li><li>Taking responsibility for part-time and surge staff when they come to assist, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and efficiently</li></ul>This is a hands-on, physically demanding position. You&rsquo;ll be lifting, bending, cleaning, and working on your feet for hours. Email admin@themem-o.com with:<ul><li>A short cover letter explaining why you&rsquo;re the right fit</li><li>It is acceptable to include a cover letter and resume through indeed as well</li><li>Your resume or work history applications without a cover letter will not be reviewed or considered.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of consistent employment in a physically active or production-related role.</li><li>Proven experience in management roles, preferably within the cannabis industry or a similar sector.</li><li>Ability to work alone for long periods of time, and also with a team.</li><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required if you can demonstrate strong work ethic and transferable skills.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical processes.</li><li>Computer literacy for tracking production and compliance.</li><li>Must be 21+ years old and able to pass a background check.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
